Roger joined MadLab as an at-large board member in 2002 and was appointed Treasurer in 2006.  In addition to managing MadLab's day-to-day financial activities, Roger supports the submission of grants and other fundraising efforts and has worked with external auditors to deliver audited financial statements for MadLab in each calendar year starting with 2006.

Roger graduated with a bachelor of science degree in math education from Purdue University in 1989 and earned a masters in business administration from Franklin University in 2005.  Roger is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has worked in the investment departments of Nationwide Insurance and the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System. Roger is currently pursuing a new career teaching high school mathematics and coaching basketball.
